A Passion for Service and Organization

Tradina Waller’s hard-earned MBA, passion for service, and experience in the clerical and managerial trenches give her the knowledge and skills any organization needs to advance toward its highest goals.

Ms. Waller is a Development Data Specialist, where she manages the fundraising software database for the Foundation.  Waller’s thorough understanding of Raiser’s Edge, a well-regarded software package that is standard among nonprofit organizations, has made her a proficient analyst of information that helps cultivate donor relationships and enhances fundraising efforts.  Waller has trained marketing and financial specialists in Raiser’s Edge at the Foundation and other organizations, and she manages and supervises all Raiser’s Edge activity at The Foundation.

Ms. Waller’s expertise and responsibility in the administration of nonprofit organizations has steadily increased in recent years.  She has worked in the nonprofit industry for over seven years.

Ms. Waller earned her Master of Business Administration degree in June 2008 from the University of Phoenix. She earned her Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies degree in 2002 from Wayne State University in Detroit, and her Associate Degree in Secretarial Science from Bryant & Stratton College in Albany, N.Y., in 1993.  In 2007, Ms. Waller demonstrated proficiency in Biblical knowledge by graduating from the Word of Faith Laypersons II course in Southfield, Mich.  She is also a proud graduate of Detroit’s famous Cass Technical High School.

Ms. Waller devotes her volunteer time to her church, New Breed International Church in Detroit, as Financial Director, flutist in the church band, and dance team member.   Ms. Waller takes an active role in increasing her financial wisdom and preparing her family for a wonderful future.

Ms. Waller is a resident of Detroit and the youthful mother of three handsome, intelligent and industrious teenage boys.
